Into the Deep follows young diver Jay Gardner, who, following the death of his father, ventures into the waters off the California coast in search of his remains. What begins as a personal journey to find closure quickly turns into a nightmare when Jay is swallowed by a massive sperm whale. Trapped inside the magnificent creature with less than an hour of oxygen, he must find a way out before his time runs out. At the most desperate moment of his life, Jay must confront not only the physical danger but also the demons of his past.
