The Present General Terms govern the use of the website www.kinoarena.com as well as the use of the services that are offered within the website

2. Following a registration the users of www.kinoarena.com are able to use certain services subject to the present General terms and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. For the use particular services additional conditions may be imposed and the users shall be appropriately informed for them.

3. For the use of the services of the website www.kinoarena.com that do not require a registration and are generally available the rules for use of unregistered users shall apply.

15. The service “Booking of movie tickets” enable the user of www.kinoarena.com to book up to 6 movie tickets for screenings in Arena cinemas. The service “Booking of movie tickets” on www.kinoarena.com can be used only ne registered users.

16. The services “Program”, “Premieres” , “For Kids”, “3D”, “Coming Soon” and “News” are available to all users of www.kinoarena.com without registration and are completely for informative purposes.

 

Chapter VI. Additional conditions

 

17. The access of a certain users to www.kinoarena.com may be terminated if found that they have provided false data upon their registration or have infringed upon the rights of the owner and/or the person providing any services on www.kinoarena.com or third persons and/or violate the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

18. On the website www.kinoarena.com may be links to other websites as well as any kind advertising squares, banners and similar for commercial purposes.

19. The provision of certain services may be terminated for which the users will be notified by a notice on the website www.kinoarema.com

 

Chapter VII. Rights and Obligations of the users
